There’s something quite magical when you decide to hold your wedding in England’s northernmost county. With its sweeping undeveloped landscape of high moorland, Northumberland becomes an easy romantic and mesmerizing choice to hold an intimate wedding. The vast space combined with the quiet nature brings about a serene yet joyful vibe that couples need for a classic romantic wedding.
Jonathan and Emily wanted a traditional and ethereal celebration for their 90 guests. They used varied blooms in pure white, a perfect touch to achieve that fine, dainty vibe. Color palette was nude and softer hues of frosted mint. And the gown of the bride Emily was a sight to behold! She chose a Temperley dress with delicate French lace. “I knew I wanted a Temperley dress as I love her quintessentially British aesthetic. I only actually tried on around 5 dresses and I knew I’d found the perfect one when my grandmother got so emotional!,” she shares.
Their photographer, Helen Warner, beautifully photographed the magic of that day. Be ready to be left speechless, cherries. Enjoy!
